Acalypha is one of
the non-flowering herbaceous ornamental shrubs grown in the tropical and subtropical gardens. They grow in a mass up to 2m height.
Various varieties of Acalyphas are available – ranging from ranging from 6" to 6', each used differently.
These are propagated by cutting in rainy season or in high humid condition. Small Acalypha are used for edge and big Acalypha are used for hedge and mass planting purpose.
